social issues 

If your phone rings while you are driving it could cause a crash because it might put you off when you are driving but if you have a built in speaker you could talk while driving and then you can drive at the same time without taking your hands off the wheel and it saves you from having an accident.And if your phone and it get stolen and if its a phone like a iPhone it could have a tracker on it and then you can see where it is and whose got it and you can get it back.Also young people spend to much time on the internet and its unhealthy.   

m3 how can we prevent these thing because we can prevent these thing by if someone is bullying you on Facebook you can delete them or you can block them so they wont be able to get in contact with you and that can prevent bullying you.   

and to prevent people from using there phones in a car they can buy a hands free set to you can speek to them and drive at the same time and there is a law against driving and seeking on the phone at the same time.
